The confirmation email sent by us, an official government ID / Passport  and original payment message used for the order. 

Local Delivery.

Head 2 Toe offers shipping worldwide on orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.  Shipping times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Additional time may be required during holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are unable to amend the delivery, payment and any other information such as colour, size and the number of items once an order has been shipped.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery on the next working day.

We will make two delivery attempts for your package. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility. In the event of a return, a supplementary delivery fee may be applied for the redelivery of the item.

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped using DHL Express
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Most of our international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that taxes and duties will be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost of this depends on the country you are based.

Please ensure that you return goods to us within 7 days from delivery. We recommend that you return your items via registered and insured post, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.Products should be returned in the original packaging, with their respective brand tags still attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product.

Please ensure that your return package contains the order slip. Failure to include it may lead to a delay in processing your return.

The security tag must not be removed and be fully intact when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange or refund.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.

Online Returns

Head  2 Toe  accept returns online for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please ensure that you return goods to us within 7 days from delivery. This excludes items that were discounted due to faults or pre-owned items.

Online purchases can only be returned to our store through drop off or shipping agent.

In-store Returns

We accept returns for all in-store purchases within 7 days for an exchange.  In-store purchases must be returned in-store accompanied with a receipt.

This excludes items that were discounted due to sale items. 

Shoes

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, tags and packaging, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

The security tag must not be removed and be fully intact when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange or refund.

We are unable to refund or exchange the following products, unless they are faulty:

• Sale items (purchased in-store).
• Custom & made to order products
• Items that have been sourced by our personal shopping team specifically for you
• Preloved items in-store.
• Faulty items that are discounted online and in-store.
• Jewellery for pierced ears.
• Hampers, both bespoke and non-bespoke.
• Ladies briefs.
• Men’s underwear.
• Gift boxes.
• Magazines.
• Gift Cards.
• Fragrances.
• Bodysuits and shapewear.
• Pillows.
• All electronics.

Excessive Returns

Exchanges and refunds are offered to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, customers that excessively return items may be refused at our sole discretion and future orders may be rejected.
