If collecting from store, you will be required to show the following:
- The confirmation email sent by us
- An official government ID / Passport
- Original payment message used for the order
Local Delivery
Head 2 Toe offers shipping worldwide on orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Additional time may be required during holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We are unable to amend the delivery, payment, and any other information such as colour, size, and the number of items once an order has been shipped.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery on the next working day.
We will make two delivery attempts for your package. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility. In the event of a return, a supplementary delivery fee may be applied for the redelivery of the item.
International Orders
All international orders will be shipped using DHL Express.
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All duties and taxes will be paid at your country of residence depending on the local custom tax laws.
Returns & Refund Policy
Please ensure that you return goods to us within 7 days from delivery. We recommend returning your items via registered and insured post; however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If a return is payable to you, we will process the refund as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the original order back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
- Products should be returned in their original packaging, with brand tags still attached, and show no signs of wear.
- Shoe boxes should remain undamaged, as they are considered part of the product.
- The return package must contain the order slip. Failure to include it may cause processing delays.
- The security tag must not be removed and should be fully intact for eligibility for an exchange or refund.
Legal Obligation: You must take reasonable care of the product(s) while in your possession. If you fail to comply, we may have the right to seek compensation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Defective Items
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine them and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable time. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of confirming eligibility.
If you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.
Online Returns
Head 2 Toe accepts online returns for a refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Returns must be made within 7 days from delivery, excluding items that were discounted due to faults or are pre-owned.
Online purchases can only be returned to our store via drop-off or shipping agent.
In-store Returns
We accept returns for all in-store purchases within 7 days for an exchange. Items must be returned in-store and accompanied by a receipt. This excludes sale items.
Shoes & Accessories
- Must be returned with their original boxes, tags, and packaging, which must not be damaged, altered, or used as the external parcel for shipment.
- The security tag must remain intact for eligibility for an exchange or refund.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty:
- Sale items (purchased in-store)
- Custom & made-to-order products
- Items sourced by our personal shopping team
- Preloved items (in-store)
- Faulty items that are discounted (online & in-store)
- Jewelry for pierced ears
- Hampers (bespoke & non-bespoke)
- Underwear (ladies’ briefs, men’s underwear)
- Gift boxes, magazines, & gift cards
- Fragrances
- Bodysuits & shapewear
- Pillows
- All electronics
Excessive Returns
Exchanges and refunds are offered to ensure customer satisfaction. However, customers who excessively return items may have their returns refused at our discretion, and future orders may be rejected.
