That conviction, born in Nairobi in 2019, has shaped everything. The journey began entirely on Instagram  a discovery-first, community-first approach that forced a deep understanding of what the customer actually wanted before a single product was listed. By early 2021, the platform had launched online. We didn’t build Head 2 Toe for the customer we thought existed. We built it for the one we knew was already there  and waiting.
